PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS
This is an original piece of art and you will receive it exactly as it is pictured in the photographs (this listing is for one piece - please see my shop to see more listings for other designs shown in the photographs). The background has been hand painted in a sunny blue and complemented with natural driftwood, painted red, and sea glass collected from the beach. The piece has been finished with natural jute string so it's ready to hang in your home, camper van or wherever it will make you smile.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
💞The pennant measures 14.5cm x 8.5cm and including the twine, the total drop from hanging point to the bottom of the pennant is 30cm.
💞This is a really lovely gift for someone who loves the sea, a moving in gift or someone with a seaside inspired interior who likes original and quirky artwork.
💞Refunds or returns WILL BE accepted if you are not happy with your purchase, subject to you returning the item(s) to me in perfect condition and covering the cost of postage yourself, so please do request a photo if you are unsure.
💞UK customers - I have included standard 2nd class delivery with this product. Delivery is estimated to be between 3-5 days, and is likely to take longer during busier times of the year, i.e. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. To guarantee a faster delivery, please upgrade to either Tracked 24 or Special Delivery when you check out (if ordered after 2pm, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed as the item needs to be processed and dropped off before Royal Mail closing times). Refunds will not be issued due to late arrivals where upgrades have not been selected so please use the upgrade options if you require this by a specific date.
💞US customers - your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. The aim for this service is to deliver between 5-7 working days (in addition to the 3 working days ordering process time that I require to get your order ready). However, based on previous delivery times during the 2024 festive period, my advice would be to order before the end of November for the best chance of receiving it in time for Christmas. I am not responsible for delays caused by US customs clearance during the festive season and you will be responsible for the cost of returning this to me if it is no longer required and you request a refund. I will also not refund delivery charges for late arrivals so please allow 3-4 weeks during busy periods or if you need this for a specific date.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
Your decoration will be lovingly wrapped, carefully packaged and arrive with a little card as standard so if you are gifting it, the recipient will see how much care you put into choosing it.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. The item must then be returned to me, with postage costs covered by yourself, and a refund will be issued as soon as it is received in perfect condition.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
