Create your own Sea Glass Artwork - Saturday Morning Adult Craft Workshop

This is an adult only event and the venue is Meeting Room 1 within the Wheatpieces Community Centre, a fully accessible venue with free parking. More information here Wheatpieces Community Centre.

Tea / coffee and a sweet snack are included in the cost of your workshop - please let me know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

All materials will be provided to make a beautiful piece of sea glass art. I will bring plenty of pieces for you to choose from, as well as pictures you can copy or use for inspiration, please feel free to also bring any items you have picked up on your beach travels to make your design more personal if you want to (optional, not necessary). I will support and encourage you to create your own unique design and no prior experience is necessary. Many attendees in the past have attended saying they have no creative ability at all and every single attendee has always left with a piece of art they are proud of.

The size of the picture frame we are using is 12cm x 12cm and the aperture is 7.5cm so the work can be quite close and detailed. If you use reading glasses, you will probably find it helpful to bring those along. For beginners making sea glass art for the first time, a frame of this size is perfect for a really lovely design.

After payment, if you are unable to attend for any reason, a full refund will only be offered if you let me know before 7 days prior to the event taking place. After that I will be unable to offer a refund as all materials will all have been purchased and preparation time spent, thank you for your understanding.
