Create your own Sea Glass Artwork - Adults Only - Accessible Room

This is an adult only event and the venue is the downstairs room of the St. Andrew’s Centre in Pershore, opposite the Abbey. More information here St Andrew’s Centre – Pershore Abbey.

The nearest car park is the Abbey Car Park which is pay and display. Or you may be lucky enough to find one of the spaces outside the centre which is unlimited and free after 6pm.

Tea / coffee and a sweet snack are included in the cost of your workshop but please let me know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

All materials will be provided to make a beautiful design of a sea glass ‘bird’ standing on a piece of driftwood with a pebble but feel free to bring any items you have picked up on your beach travels to make your design more personal if you want to (optional, not necessary). I will also bring additional glass and driftwood so you can do a completely different design if you want to.

The size of the picture frame we are using is 11.5cm x 11.5cm and the aperture is 7.5cm so the work can be quite close and detailed. If you use reading glasses, you will probably find it helpful to bring those along. For beginners making sea glass art for the first time, a frame of this size is plenty for a really lovely design but if you have      brought some larger beach finds with you and you want to make something a little bit bigger, you can purchase an 18cm frame from me on the day for an additional £5.

After payment, if you are unable to attend for any reason, a full refund will only be offered if you let me know before 7 days prior to the event taking place. After that I will be unable to offer a refund as all materials will all have been purchased and preparation time spent, thank you for your understanding.
